From my very earliest memories, cabins have always represented freedom and possibility.

The outdoors, the quiet moments, hiking, fishing, late nights with friends and family–no matter what the activity, a cabin is the quintessential backdrop to recreation and rejuvenation. As a kid, I grew up vacationing with my family in cabins, and now that I have my own family, I do the same thing. I love em.

But for all their charm, cabins are also very different than regular houses, and they come with an extremely unique set of considerations. They are built differently, used differently (part-time vacation homes, seasonal rentals, etc), they require different upkeep, and they deal with different property issues (easements, zoning, public lands, access, etc).

I’m your cabin specialist. I’m a licensed real estate agent that specializes in cabins and cabin property. This means I’ve spent time in LOTS of cabins, in several different areas. My goal is to help you find the cabin that will be the backdrop to many great memories with your friends and loved ones. Whether you’re looking for a new full-time residence, a vacation property, or even just a one-time vacation cabin, I am your resource.

I’ve also spent a fair amount of time with cabin kits, so if you are interested in those or have questions about them, I’m happy to offer my advice and recommendation.

The first step for us?

Simple. Shoot me an email (CabinsInUtah@gmail.com). Yep, just a regular ol’ email. Bring me up to speed on your cabin search, and give me a few details on what you’re looking for. If it seems like we could be a good fit, I’d love to work with together.

Look forward to talking cabins with you,

p.s. I also work closely with agents that specialize in cabin and mountain real estate in Idaho and Wyoming as well, so if you are interested in those areas, let me know and I’d be happy to make an introduction.
